I have chosen the delivery method ‘Deliver to Bride and Groom’ – What does this mean? This delivery method means that we will deliver the gifts to the bride and groom at their convenience, on their preferred date and address.

Do I have to pay for gift-wrapping and delivery of my wedding gift? No, at Thompsons we offer a free gift-wrapping and delivery service, with your message to the Bride’s & Groom’s chosen address.

Can I purchase off a wedding list online? Yes, as of spring 2015, we are pleased to offer an online wedding list service. You can view the bride and groom’s wedding list on our website and select and purchase a gift online.

Can I purchase from the main catalogue and the wedding list simultaneously? We prefer if you purchase separately any items for yourself and items from the wedding list. We can only facilitate one delivery option per order.

If the gift I choose is unavailable is it substituted? If the gift you have chosen is unavailable, we will contact the bride and groom to offer them an alternative. If the bride and groom decline the alternative, we will contact you directly to let you know and help you choose an alternative gift.
